Established in 1996, this health insurance plan serves over 55,000 plan members in Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania, and Virginia, and provides plan members with access to over 14,000 healthcare providers in Maryland.

A large dental insurance coverage network – The EHP dental benefit, offered by some EHP plans, is administered through a partnership with a third party company, United Concordia Companies Inc (UCCI). Members of EHP dental plans get access to a large network of Maryland dentists, along with a national network of dentists.
